About North Stradbroke Island:
North Stradbroke Island is our favourite place, we visit every year in summer and it's a very special place to us. We can't wait to share the island with our guests and show everyone it's beauty!
Our favourite beach is Cylinder Beach, which is a patrolled swimming beach. There are beautiful walking tracks around the coast of the island where you always see dolphins, turtles and stingrays popping up out of the water. We also believe that Stradbroke Island is home to the worlds best gelati shop at Point Lookout! The moment you hop on the ferry, stress melts away and you're off on an island adventure to the most beautiful and magical place!

North Stradbroke Island is 30 km southeast of Brisbane, Queensland. Access is by ferry from Cleveland across Moreton Bay. Straddie, as it is affectionately known, is the second largest sand island in the world. The island is about 38 km long and 11 km wide.
It has a permanent population of approximately 2500 with three main townships of Dunwich, Amity Point and Point Lookout. (Our wedding will be situated in Point Lookout.) The island’s unique, timeless beauty is appreciated by all who live there and visit the island.
